Europe’s Heartiest Festival of Underground Bass Music Culture, Membrain Festival, started last summer in Šibenik and is coming back this year to the startling location of Minerska beach, bringing the best of the underground bass scene from far and wide once again. Mysterious hangars, a gorgeous beach and lush pine forests surrounding the disused military base will serve as a perfect shaking backdrop for heart pumping bass vibes, encapsulating the positive core of the music and community in perfect harmony with the setting.

Afternoon program on the beach with solar stage, camping, bungee jumping, nights full of music across stages are just some of the things in the package for you on the Membrain Festival while celebrating DnB – Dubstep – Liquid – Dub – Global/Tropical and other related genres of bass culture.

Next to more than 45 international DJ’s spanning from South Africa over Europe to South America, this year’s frontrunners are;

Hydro (Metalheadz / Symmetry / Dispatch / Utopia / CIA / Commercial Suicide / Critical / Horizons / Quarantine / DNAudio)

Needing no introduction this internationally acclaimed giant of the underground bass music with residencies across every imaginable corner of the globe will be throwing a set not to be missed and is not just gonna make your heart pumping but will surely be something you will remember for a very long time.

NCT (Liquicity/Viper/Hospital/Radar/NCS)

Well known Dutch duo, who are regular on events s.a. Liquicity, Rampage, Hospitality and now on Membrain, they are always bringing in the fresh vibe and big sound that will leave you craving for more.

T&Sugah (Liquicity/Hospital/Viper/UKF/RAM/NCS)

Another famous Dutch duo joining Membrain this year, these boys know their way through the entire dnb spectrum, from the liquid rollers to straight bangers while always staying dancefloor orientated what better for a night full of bassweight pressure.

Filip Motovunski (Bad Taste/BPM/Jabbaton/JungleX)

Biggest and Baddest drum and bass DJ/Producer of Croatia, whose releases are regularly supported by the likes of, Crissy Criss, DJ Hype, Marky, Skeptikal and many more, Filip has played at almost every festival in Croatia and this year adding Membrain to the list.

Sepia (Gourmet Beats/Infernal Sounds/FKOF/MindStep)

Sepia is currently one of the fastest growing names in the 140 circuit. Known for his somewhat experimental style, always searching for and pushing the limits of, the sound, you can expect deep bass heavy vibes coming from this rising star.

Rafael Aragon (Global Hybrid/ Babylon Rec/Cassette)

One of the heavy leagues of Global Bass Music known and looked upon from both sides of the Atlantic, expect heavy bass material, yet delicate, where ritual drums and witchcraft incantations meet club kicks, filthy basslines and electronic batucada to provide a rich, dancy and psychedelic music for hips and ears!

MC Toast (BBC/Rinse/Bassport/808Live)

Known on every world parallel, Toast will be the voice of Membrain Festival this year. Next to sharing the stage with Goldie, Truth, Kryptic Minds and so many more, he’s best known for his work with Youngsta and has won the award for “Best Radio show” 3 years in a row.
