Please introduce yourself for everybody that doesn’t know who you are and what you do?(name(s), where you from, where you life, age)

We are Kyle James 24 and Michael Smith 22. We was both born and raised in Manchester and still live here today. We produce music of many genres but house/garage is our main focus at the moment.

How it comes that you produce music together?

We both met years before in school but never really spoke it wasn’t until a few years later in college we discovered we work well together, we experimented for a good year until we found our niche and then we thought this is good! so we decided to get it out there and start sending some tracks about.

How did you get your name? And what does it mean to you?

We had lots of music including house and a lot of its forms, drum and bass/dubstep/glitch hop the list go’s on!  So there was no definition for our genre/music, hence undefined. Like we said earlier house is our main focus at the moment but we do and will continue to work on lots of different music, you never know were inspiration might take you so we don’t like to stick to one thing.

How would you describe your music for the public audience if they never seen you before?

We would describe some of our music as a mix of soft, warm chords and catchy melodies with a dark or danceable twist to it but some of our music is hard synths and driving baselines so its hard to say really there’s a lot of club influence and its all danceable.

How did you become involved in the type of music you produce now?

Kyle: I have been playing piano from a young age and my father was also a DJ. I took a performance course at college some years after that and learnt about daw’s such as logic which lead me to change my view on what I wanted to produce and move on to a music tech course.

Mike: I started around the age of 14 was really into to dark, Grimey, Techy music. After a friend of mine told me about a program called reason 4 I downloaded a demo that would turn of after 20 minutes haha. Through books and Youtube I learnt how to use the program. Then I wanted take this further so I went onto a music tech course and furthered my knowledge of better DAW’S like logic and Ableton live.

How long have you been performing?

We are yet to perform at a gig! For years we have only produced its only recently in the past year or so we took up DJ skills but we are ready to perform!

What do you think is your “biggest break” of greatest opportunity” has been so far in your music career?

Being signed by midication records/ey3 media the guys over there have worked wonders and got our music out there!

What has been your strong influence to continue producing music?

It’s what we love doing so its not really hard to put your all into it.
